Norfolk Sister City Association honors the Alliance Francaise of Norfolk, Hampton Roads on October 7th, 2018

The 2018 Global Diplomat Award will be presented to the Alliance Francaise Norfolk, Hampton Roadsthe Annual International Luncheon organized by Norfolk Sister City Association
