The Alliance Française of Hampton Roads hosts the annual Concours de Français, a French-speaking competition, providing a platform for students in our region to showcase their language skills and vie for awards and prizes based on their proficiency. 

Participants, spanning from levels 1 to AP, will individually demonstrate their oral abilities before a panel of judges who will assess their fluency, comprehension, and precision. Every participant will receive a certificate and a prize. As they await their turn, students can enjoy French films and music videos, savor crêpes and baguettes, partake in French games, and engage in presentations with both native French speakers and fellow Francophiles.
